i have been trying to contact customer service from 3-4 days to upgrade my phone as my phone is stopped working so I need new one. But it's seems insane to wait for 2 hours and then they hang up due to overwhelmed calls. My question is if I go to Fido store, will they be able to look at my account and give me ph offer that is in my account. I spoke to customer service a month before they offered me really good deal so I would like to have that one.i do have reference code. Thanks!!
