Trouble Activating Promotion Reward Card

Hi there, 

I'm having trouble activating the Promotion Reward Card I received a few months ago for signing up for an internet package with Fido.

I threw out the letter I received with the card by mistake and the website thepromotioncard.com does not allow me to activate it. The customer service reps on the phone directed me to a Rogers promotion website that's not active.

Wondering if anyone could help me out?
