These guys are so incompetent it's not even funny they send you hidden charges they tell you you didn't pay for his phones that you paid for absolute Crooks man the cell phone companies need to be taken out they ruin people's credits they lie everybody gives you a different answer to something half of them can't even speak French or English properly so you can't even understand where they're saying I'm still waiting for my paper bills to come cuz I haven't been able to see a bill online since I've gotten this goddamn contract

Hey there @Vanillagorilla7 , did you go online to check your account at Fido.ca? None of that sounds right, I'm sorry to hear that's your experience. Your best solution is to call in to fido from your mobile device to *611 and have a chat with customer support. Or request assistance from an agent on Twitter by messaging fidosolutions by direct message and have a private conversation. We cannot assist you with this issue here on the forums, so venting your anger here doesn't really accomplish much. May I suggest you take a deep breath and have a conversation with a customer service representative.

This company is an absolute joke I haven't even received one bill since I've gotten this contract I can't see my bills online I've asked them about five times to mail them out to me they said they would cuz I have some vision problems as well I just had a $413 bill on this last month's bill which is insane cuz I have $100 Max 65 from my cell phone and 20 for my home phone and extras and they can't even explain to me where these charges came from this company's a joke they scam you they don't even speak French or English properly as I speak both I have had five people tell me they're going to send me paper bills they say they're so accepting of people well it's not just the alphabet Community here a and 65 year olds and older that have eye problems so you might want to like you know change your policy there not everybody understands how to view their bill online and I can't even do it anyways because it doesn't allow me you guys better send those bills to my address real soon I've already filed a complaint with you guys with the telecommunications board

Okay fair enough but why is this a community then we're all here asking the same questions billing issues and no one at the f****** office can help us out so what do you want me to tell you here I told you I just called like 10:15 people last 2 months no one can give you a straight answer I've been asking for paper bills for the last five times I've called oh yeah we'll send it to you like you know you talk about inclusion and all that of the you know lesbian gay by Community whatever what about veterans can't see very well or s*** like that people 65 and over only right that's discrimination man like I've already filed with a complaint with the telecommunications government of Canada because these guys are charging people money that people don't owe I'm not attacking you Lucy but that is what it is so there's a lot of unhappy people here so what's the point of having a community if you guys are going to help us out with our issues I speak four languages I could not understand the lady that was speaking to me and her type of French which is called Creole so the next guy called told me she put a note on there that I'm a racist against black African women can you believe that cuz I couldn't understand her then I try to speak to an English person and it was just as bad I get this all the time so I mean what how many more languages do I have to learn before somebody you know knows how to handle them someone so that's all I got to say about that I served my country 15 years for freedom so everybody can be included so I don't appreciate getting discriminated against and especially Lies made up about me the guy even told me her own coworker she wrote that on the notes how pathetic is that cuz that's the farthest thing from the truth cuz I'm I'm of mixed with blood myself
