Wanted to speak to a person in charge they just keep you waiting on the phone until you hangup beacause either messenger chat or calling they are not able to do a thing for you I will complain to crtc

Send a dm to them on either platform and you can request assistance there. Here are the various methods of contact. I personally prefer sending a message on Twitter. Best wishes
