Temporary suspension

Hi, I want to activate my fido number for 1 day to receive some text and then go back again to temporary suspension for few months as I am back home. 
I need some guidance to do that.

If someone can help me. Really appreciated.

  Welcome to the community!

 

  Unfortunately, I don't believe you will be able to reactivate your services for just one day. As far as I am aware, after you cancel your temporary suspension, you won't be able to suspend your services again until the next billing cycle. If you were not aware, you should note that the suspension is now only available for a period of 1 to 6 months. There may also be other limitations as well.

 

  As far as I am aware, I think you might be able to cancel your temporary suspension via your My Account --> View Usage & Manage. From your Dashboard, the option to Manage temporary suspension is near the bottom of the page, under Quick Actions. If you are unable to do so online, you would need to contact customer service.

 

 You should note that this is the community forum and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts and would not be able to remove the suspension.
