Hello,

I called Fido on May 16th to suspend my plan for the months of June and July. However I just received my June and July bills and I'm being asked to pay the full price (not 7$). I didn't use my plan at all during these months and would like to know if there's a way to go inform Fido that I had asked for a suspension?
