    I want to ask if I can make the temporary relief online or through email?


     There is a special case for me. I am in China right now, so I cannot use my fido phone number to call the customer services center because my number is under suspension after I come back to China. It begins in September, and it will end in December. Right now, the temporary suspicion offer will end soon. But I want to continue the suspension for further few months because of the COVID 19. I will not back in Canada until the end of next year. I am worried that I cannot get the customer services through my phone number from China, and I do not know how to do it next.

Weekends: 9am to 5pm

If you would like to extend your temporary suspension you would need to contact customer service and they will be able to do it.


You can contact customer service even from outside of the country through any of the available methods listed here.
