poor service

I got a message today from fido that if i dont pay my bill till tomorrow they gonna suspend my number. And when i contacted them today for the suspension and make a payment arrangement. they said i have to pay whole may in 10 days. like they doesnt care what kind of pandemic is going on. some people lost their jobs. And when i asked them to talk to their manager he refused to talk to me. its obovus if somebody cant pay whole money right now in this time they have to understand the situations instead of saying that they will suspend and all. seriously, this is rediculous. hopefullly, after paying this bills i dont want to be their customer anymore.
