Switch to new $50 Phone Plan

Hello,

I am not able to switch to the new promotion plan of $50/mo with 5GB of data. When I try to get the plan, i get prompted to login. Once I login, the promotion plan isn't on the list. Does this mean this plan is not being offered anymore?

The $50 plan is only available when you do a hardware upgrade. Is that what you are trying to do online?
