Super bad customer care

I have been on a call with them for the last 3 hours no one to pick up. An agent picked up and said hold for 1 minutes after waiting for 2 hours and now even that is past 45 minutes.

They would increase you plan price but won't provide service for it. Cheap company with poor customer service. Wish  Canada would allow more private players .

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience, this is definitely not how we want things to go. We were in the middle of the black Friday weekend so we were very busy, things should be going back to normal now.
