I've been a Fido customer for 20 years.
My issue is that there is discrepancy on my fido bill, I always use my credit card for an automatic payment and it's been shown receiving a payment from "other" and this has caused interest charges based on late payments. This is not my error, this is the company is error.
I called and waited on hold for almost 2 hours to speak to someone. The customer service rep was not helpful and connected me to someone in the credit department. That individual hung up on me.
This is unprofessional and ridiculous and there is no one and no where to help unless I wait in hold for hours in end again.
Seriously, wtf?!
