Subscribed to the Email to SMS service, and no messages are coming through

Ive been getting text messages notifying me that I've received an email to SMS message... Please reply with "yes" to subscribe. Ive replied "yes" several times, receive a confirmation text from fido, and have yet to receive any actual email to SMS messages that have been sent to me. What am I missing? 

I'm using a Google pixel 2
