Identity Theft

I had a Identity theft report opened up by the fraud department back on December 21st and was told I would here back within 72 hours...Not only did I not hear back within 72 hours I havent heard back at all as I write this on January 5th.

 

Having someone use my acocunt to get a new Iphone 8 and plan while I am expected to pay for it is bad enough, but to not even be contacted about this weeks later is horrible even when I ask for updates with live support.

That's most definitely not the kind of experience we want you to have. I can definitely understand how fraudulent activity on your account might be a stressful situation for you.
