Hello, I am at end of contract and hate switching providers if not necessary. Thus my frustration when looking into upgrading phone and plan and not being offered a competitive price too other competitors. The most frustrating thing though is finding out from several sources such as friends, here and Redflagdeals that if you switch providers you will get a call with a substantially better offer. Why not try to keep your long time customers before they cancel and switch. Very frustrating and once I leave will not be going through hassle of returning best offer should be given prior to departure and end the game playing. Just my opinion.
