It would seem that our number has been blocked - this has happened before - it;s linked to a GSM modem at work. Sometimes alarms go off and trigger to many simutaneous transmitions -- it is lowered no to less than one a minute - what is the proper channel for getting this resolved?

Hi, the emails and sms can be sent - but they never arrive. It has happened in the past - often after a burst of sms or emails to the same destiniation. Our device is an alarm dialer for a boiler system - working great for a almost a year up to last Friday. Not sure what the excat fix was last time - I should have asked.
