Getting this error when trying to click on the 'Add a Line' button.

We're working on fixing it as quickly as we can. Please check back in a few minutes.

 

 

Tried to clear cookies, ctrl-F5, different browsers on desctop, tried to use cell phone -- the same error everywhere.

Looks like there is something wrong with my profile.

Already complained about this issue once few  months ago through chat -- the error still exists  and no respond from support.

Since you have done everything you can and the problem still exists I would suggest you call customer service directly and have them open a ticket with the technical support department so they can look into your account to see why it is happening.

thanks for the answer, but as I mentioned in the start post -- already did few months ago, they opened ticket but no results and no response.

Hello again @michaelts, I would suggest you call and inquire about the ticket that was opened and let them know you are still having the same issue.
