I went to the Fraser street store in Vancouver. The girl at the store sold me an I phone 14 and a 60 dollar per month plan. The handset charges she communicated were 15$ total bill should be around $85 per month inclusive of taxes. Then I signed a bunch of e-papers without reading the fine print and voila I am being charged $43 per month for the handset. FIDO customer care refused to help and suggested to go back to the store. They even refused to file a complaint against the dealer.all in all duped for apx $700

Hello @VikulBhandari,
Welcome to the community!
Sorry to hear you're not getting exactly what was understood. Is there possibility a bill credit for the iPhone that is applied on your plan? Often times when there's a promotion on a device, you will pay the regular price (located at the bottom of your monthly charges on your bill) for the device, the promotional credit will be applied on your plan (Located at the top of the monthly charges on your bill). This may give the feeling like you're paying full price for your device, though you're actually receiving the credit, just applied on your plan instead of the phone.
You're welcome to reach out over these methods if you need help.

Hi Anthony
My bill should be with plan and phone charges around $85 but I am being charged $132 every month. I am reading the bill right. I had to go out of station for work for the last week. I have just returned l. I will be visiting the skynet office this week
