So yes, when the rep got my order through, they stated that the $60 fee would be waived and yet I just received my confirmation email for my account and it lists that same fee as $60 with no -$60 indicated anywhere. Should I be expecting a hard time to get this resolved?

The $60 setup fee is only waived when an upgrade or activation is made on fido.ca. With customer service and in store, the fee applies.
