I ordered an iPhone XS 5 business days ago and have not received a shipping confirmation email as of yet. How long should I expect to wait for my phone to ship and to receive it? Thanks!

The normal delivery delay is 5 business days maximum. However, additional delays are possible due to the pandemic.
