Hi. I set up my fido account online and paid 103.59 for the first month including service fee $40 and now I am waiting the service fee get waived. I have paid 4 Bill's so far but haven't received any credits.
Where can I contact to receive this? My 5th billing came out but still haven't recieved any info for the service fee credit.

If you processed the transaction online you should not have been charged a service fee and the fee is actually $45, not $40.
Your best bet would be to contact customer service and they can go over your account and see whats is going on and better advise you.
