I have canceled my fido service and changed provider. My balance is negative,how to get my money back?

Hello @Keqihui,

 

The refund will be sent via cheque and it will take 3-6 weeks from the date the final invoice was produced.

If you paid by credit card you can contact customer service and request the refund be put back on the card but you will have to do it before the cheque is sent out.
