Samsung S22 backordered?

I ordered a phone at the end of September. I received an email on October 7th saying another email will follow when the item ships. It has been 3 weeks now and I have heard nothing. Unacceptable. Is this happening to other costumers as well?

An email with the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the order is ready and shipped out of our warehouse.
