I need to file a formal complaint as my issues have not been resolved by email or chat.

Each time I ask to have a supervisor call me but no one does.

during the hurricane Fiona you offered extra 50GB where you also posted in twitter that if you have dat overage protection you can add additional data and we will waive it for you.I am calling your customer service and they are saying it cant be waived.its so bad that you are asking us to pay for what you offered and looting money for unused data.Guess what..Your network was down for 3 days in the province and no one used the free please waive my additional data charges very quickly.And both the employees i have spoken to Shahid and Cheryne were so unproffesional and did not even transfered to manager support when asked for it.

  You should note that you will only be referred to the Ombudsman or Office of the President once the proper escalation process had already been exhausted (see here). You might also refer here for steps to Resolve a Concern.
