Same plan, different rates?

Can someone explain to me how this is legal?  Its the exact same plan offer but with different fake prices. There is no terms or anything on the BYOD new price, its simply the price anyone gets, so why wouldn't I be offered the same price for a customer of 5+ years for the exact same plan?

Unfortunately being "targeted" with two different price points for the EXACT same offer is not acceptable in my mind. An existing "loyal" customer should be given at minimum the same price point for new customers. The basic rate being offered is not even a promo price, its just the price listed without contract. I am so disappointed with this.

Other complaints about this service:

 - only 3 voicemails, seems way to small

- no call block option to stop robo calls

- website and app pushing LGBT policy

- Forced daily US roaming option

Hey @orest424234

There sometimes can be certain promotions that can be targeted for new activations and some that are targeted for existing customers.

Whether we target you with an offer or not, I can assure you that we truly value your loyalty to Fido. Our offers also change quite often. We suggest you keep an eye on your online account occasionally. 🙂
