Sadly leaving Fido

I have been with Fido since its inception, some 23 years ago.  I was always very happy with both the bonuses offered, the plan prices, and especially teh customer service.  Upon upgrading to an Iphone 12 last week, I have had problems with both the phone's data retrieval, and especially timely customer service to recitify teh problem.  After a few Tech calls/chats, my problems got worse, with no data at all.  I spoke with a few excelent customer service reps, who's hands were tied in the end, and tickets were issued to recify my problems.  

I will be so sorry to go, but this has been a very frustrating go round for me.
