SMS texts not delivering - iPhone

A few days ago sms texts stopped working on iPhone, I would get the "not delivered" error. Later that night it started working again, however today, I received a text but when I immediately tried to reply, I got the "not delivered" error. 

This is specifically SMS texts, iMessage works since it's data. Am I the only one?

Sorry to see you guys are having issues with sending text messages with your iPhones. 

Here are a few things you can try to resolve the issue. 

1. Restart your iPhone

2. Turn airplane mode on and off

3. Reset your network settings 

If that doesn't work, you can try to put your SIM card in a different phone in order to test if the issue is coming from the SIM card or from the phone itself.

I have that same problem... But it's been almost 2 years and I can't send SMS text messages with my iPhone... I've been on hold for more than an hour on the chat support thing for a "specialist" to help
