Hi I was wondering how do I register my new SIM card?

- Before you change your SIM card, make sure to save your contacts on your phone as you won’t be able to access them from your old SIM card once it is changed.
- To transfer the contents of your current SIM card to your phone, refer to your phone’s user guide
- If you change your SIM card because you reported your phone lost or stolen, you will need to remove the service restriction online.
To change your SIM card
- Log in to My Account.
- Click on Update SIM card under the Service section.
- In the dropdown menu, select the Fido number to which you need to update the SIM card.
- Enter the new SIM card number in the required field.
- Select Next.

I cannot find the Update SIM Card in the service tab now.
Is there any latest change in the Fido website?

You should be able to update your SIM card on Fido.ca.
Do you use your e-mail address as your username when you log in?
