I just had the most bizarre experience calling Fido. I called the main number on the customer support (multiple times now) to inquire about a charge on my bill. I get through to chat with someone live about billing and each time when I get put through...it is a bunch of people yelling (sometimes in English and sometimes not) muffled and laughing in the background. It sounds like a crime scene. No one answers me when I say hello, and I say it many times, but I can hear them. Is this even Fido? How is this professional!? Then the last call, I could hear someone yelling"die die die" and "ambulance help me" over and over and screaming. Then eventually laughing. Glad these call are recorded, at least they say they are. I would like the to be heard! I am very disturbed and would like answers. Totally taking this to social media. Now on hold with tech support as I'm just horrified and couldn't get through to anyone else. Never did get through. Calling tomorrow. This is very bizarre. I'm definitely getting to the bottom of what happened. Any ideas or similar situations?
