Roaming not working

I am in Kerala, India, and my roam like home is not working - it's not giving me any bars and just saying no service. I have been here before and it worked - not sure why it doesn't now?

  Welcome to the community!

  Have you tried to manually select networks? Have you verified your Airplane or Flight mode has been disabled? If you intend on using data, have you verified your data roaming is enabled?

  I understand you've been to that location before, was it with the same phone? If not, have you verified that your phone is compatible with the local networks?
