Retention or Loyalty Departments?

I recently came across a deal from another wireless provider that I'm very interested in, but I've been a Fido customer for over 15 years and would like to stay that way if a similar offer can be made.

Does Fido still have a rentention/loyalty department or can I get the same help over Fido Chat?

They do not have a loyalty department per se most if not all the reps are trained for this so you can call customer service and speak to a representative.
