Hello,

My recent call..It was an overall very disappointing experience. I'm looking to upgrade my phone and is willing to go on another 2-year plan. I am a long time (from 2008) loyal customer and the way the supervisor treats me is heartbreaking. They took all the credit I accumulate being a loyal customer. I am in the process and shopping for a new mobile service provider. If anyone from fido really cares about customer loyalty can contact me.
