I upgraded my phone on the 15th, this was a thursday. I recieved an email thanking me for the order and that Fido would let me know when its shipped within 2-5 business days. It is now the 9:42, the 21st of October and I've yet to recieve any further emails from Fido. This is ridiculous, when will I be receiving my new phone?

Normally, all emails regarding your device upgrade will be sent once the device is ready to be shipped out. By all means, if you haven't received any emails yet, we can certainly review your account to check up on the order!
