Resume my account from temporary suspension and resume the suspension back again

Hi Community! 

 

I'm travelling outside of the country at the moment, so my FIDO cell account has been put on a temporary suspension service since early March. However, I need an urgent case for which I need to get an identity verification code sent to my Canadian number. So I'm wondering if there is any possibility I can resume my FIDO account back and get the code on international roaming and get it back again on a temporary suspension? 

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @SunyoungKang you can manage the temporary suspension through self-serve on Fido.ca. If you log in to your account on Fido.ca, click on the number you have suspended on the next page, scroll down, and you should see Manage temporary suspension under Quick Actions. You can remove this suspension and use the phone, provided it will roam in the location you are in and then apply the suspension again when you are ready.
