So my Samsung Galaxy a51 started freezing and resetting constantly. I sent it in, it took nearly a month to get back. Finally got it today and it is still broken the exact same way
What do I do? Send it to he fixed again? Wait another month to get a phone back with the same issue? And what if the warranty runs out while going through this never ending process?
