Switched from Postpaid to Prepaid, and the customer service team is unable to register a Canadian Credit Card with the exact same name and address on file. I have been using the same credit card for the past 3 years with Fido postpaid!!! and never had an issue. The made me call the validation team that validated the card and confirmed that i should be able to use the credit card called back the prepaid team and they said that they are still unable to do it. Why does fido continue transfering me from one customer service department to another, for an issue as simple as refilling my balance.
