I had my previous account with FIdo but I had ported to a different carrier and now moved back with new account number. How do I register the account under my mail ID as I'm not able to do by registering or could not find the same option anywhere else?

In most cases, you should be able to access your cancelled account and the new one with the same login and there's no action required on our part. It seems however in your case that the accounts may have not synched so we'll have to take a look as to what's going on
