Refund after final bill

Hi, I have -24.37$ for my last bill. Can this be refunded back to me on my card that I supplied during my registration? I can not use live chat. I am in Australia and best to send the refund thru my credit card not by cheque, if possible.

If the payment was being made from the credit card it is possible to have the balance refunded back to the credit card. 

 

You would need to contact customer service to make the request before the cheque is issued. You can reach out to customer service through any of the available methods listed here.

Thank you. I can not contact you thru your methods, as I am in Australia, the live chat give me error.

Live chat is not the only option, you can message Fido on Facebook, Twitter and they even have a number you can call from anywhere in the world free of charge. You can get all that information from the link I provided above.

 

Alternatively you can send a private message to @FidoSolutions here in the community and a moderator can assist you.
