Fido told me and a Walmart sales rep that I could get a new plan and keep my grandfathered value pack. They were wrong and it didn't work. I've been waiting almost two months for them to do what they promised, which was put it back. Every week I spend about an hour while a costumer service rep reads my file and then they apply to have it reinstated. My grandfather plan was reinstated, but not my value pack. What can I do if customer service can't speak to tech and I can't speak to tech and they just keep stringing me along?

When changing your plan, you are in fact able to add the value pack on Fido.ca. However, since you are already satisfied with your plan, we'd need to add it for you.
