I just got a email from
asking to do a survey for the recent support through your customer service on 06/02/2020.
However, I have not contacted fido on Feb 6, 2020. I am just wondering if there was someone trying to fake my identity and contacted Fido on my behalf?

In order to help you, can you please confirm if you're having trouble with your mobile internet or home internet please?
That is definetly odd, it would be best for you to contact customer service and they can tell you the last time you contacted them and the details and you can take necessary actions if you need to.
