I just got a email from
noreply@myexperience.fido.ca
asking to do a survey for the recent support through your customer service on 06/02/2020.
However, I have not contacted fido on Feb 6, 2020. I am just wondering if there was someone trying to fake my identity and contacted Fido on my behalf?

this is a big deal to me no internet for almost 4 hiurs and they said until 2 am. Then the costumer service that i spoke is not nice. I am not happy with your service.

That is definetly odd, it would be best for you to contact customer service and they can tell you the last time you contacted them and the details and you can take necessary actions if you need to.
