Hi @SusanaPerea , I believe that if you have the original box from Fido, there should be a return label and envelope in there to make your return process to Fido easier. If you no longer have it, you may have to contact customer service on fido.ca to request a return label be sent to you. It's been a while since I've ordered a device so I hope that it's still the case that a return envelope and label is included in the box. Cheers
