I have been using Fido Card for almost a year now. Now there is a random credit check from Fido. I also applied for a credit card from Amex, which I knew would have a hard hit. But this credit check from Fido is unexpected, and due to this, my credit score went down by 30 points due to 2 consecutive hard hits. I haven't changed any service or plan from Fido. This is an unacceptable practice. I want an immediate solution to this.
