QMS Trash Service

I recently switch back to  Fido. But I am waiting for the Sim Card to be delivered.

For the QMS Service, there is no any updates. I am not sure when will I get the SIM card.

Can I go directly yo the Fido store and get a new Sim card for me? Or do I need to wait for the Sim card?

Your SIM card should normally be delivered within 3 to 5 business days of your order. However, there may be delays caused by Black Friday that could extend this to 7 business days.

Did you receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment?
