  • frustrating experience on same issue multiple times. This time Krina  is the manager i spoke with. Who tired to put the blame on me instead that it was not reported.  Posting it here for records as well

This is regarding a repeated issue of a promotion thatdoesn't seem to stick on my account. The promotion was for 34.99 in two of my mobile lines which required me to setup auto payment aswell 
Although unfortunately I’m having to continue to call in for a credit for it multiple times now Each time I call I’m losing trust & credibility since they claim they have NO RECORDS of me struggling with this Issue repeatedly
 
Later im credited on it saying it's fixed in the back end. PLEASE HELP FIND A PERMANENT FIX FOR IT. and help me trust you with promotions offered with a lot of time effort spent over them.
