Usually my phone bill is around 120 but during the recent months it increases to 350 and now it's 500 and I can't figure it out. Me and my sister share a phone bill.

  Welcome to the community!


  Sorry to hear you've received a bill higher than expected. Have you had a chance to view the billing details? You should be able to view those details via your My Account --> View & Manage Bill. From there, you should be able to Print and/or Save a PDF copy of your bill. Alternatively, you should also be able to view the details online via Usage Summary.


  If you would like to discuss your bill, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
