Prepaid payment issues

Hi,

I have issues with the Prepaid Monthly Plan Talk and Text (30$). Basically, I added 30$ to my account the day before it was supposed to renew, but the payment won't take effect. I have a normal 30$ credit instead of the monthly plan. I don't understand how to renew it as it always did it automatically when I had the right balance on my account.

I think it might have something to do with the fact that I ran out of minutes before the end of the month. I had a tiny balance left so the phone took from it during a call.

Welcome to the Community

In order for the plan to renew, your balance needs to cover the cost of the plan on the renewal date. 

Just to confirm is your balance currently over $30? If it is not you may need to top up for the plan to renew.
