Prepaid data-only plan and question about local airtime price

I want to confirm if the 250 MB for $15 a month prepaid plan is still valid or not? Assuming it's still offered, what is the price for making or taking a local voice call while on this plan?

I can confirm that this plan is still available. There's no cost for making or receiving calls on this plan as it's not possible to use either on this data-only plan. Canada-wide texting and picture messaging is included though.
