Why does my account show a zero balance even though I have 97 of 100 prepaid minutes remaining?
Can you provide us with some more information about this inquiry? Can you clarify where you're seeing the Zero balance vs where you are able to see that have the 97 minutes remaining out of 100 minutes?

I can see these details in my account under usage. My phone also shows the balance 0 when I dial 225.

But why is my balance Zero when I just paid? I received notification that my refill of $100 was successful.
Did you check your account history to verify if you used anything that would have used the money you added on the account?
