Can I use a prepaid plan oveseas? I understand that there might be roaming charges. But still, can I use it?

You can definitely use your Prepaid plan while roaming. That said, pay per use rates will apply.

Rates will vary bases on your destination as well, which you can confirm on this page for more info.
