Surprise of my life....me being with Fido for 11+ years with 4 family members. Got charged for this & when I called them...after a long discussion they said cannot reverse it as this is dialed from my SIM card. They cannot give any goodwill credit anymore I am seriously not happy to hear that. Any idea who can help me with getting this charge reversed. TIA
I can understand that it can be surprising to receive a bill that is higher than expected. It's true that valid usage charges cannot be adjusted.
