Pre-authorized payment

Hi all,

How can i stop pre-authorized auto payment? I want to remove it from my credit card.

There is no drop down menu to change payment method for prepaid account.

Hi there @mahmudovey

Simply log in to your Fido account, under the 'Billing & Payments' tab there's a drop-down menu - click on Change payment method, select Invoice and voilà! You should be good to go.
